Qualifications: ShengAoTai adopts strict procurement standards, and all parts suppliers can supply only when they meet the "three standards", i.e. raw material performance standards, delivery standards and production qualification standards.
Appraisal of fittings: A monthly comprehensive evaluation of pipe fittings (raw materials, tolerances, appearance, price, testing of important characteristic parameters, etc.) and a quarterly comprehensive evaluation of all fittings.
Pre-inspection and spot-inspection: 10% of the spare parts purchased in each batch should be tested before they are qualified, and the spare parts being produced should be inspected on-site from time to time at the supplier's office to check the on-site qualification rate. Accordingly, the rationality of accessories and the stability of production are judged.
Warehouse inspection: Visual inspection of out-of-warehouse fittings, that is, checking whether the fittings received extrusion deformation in warehouse, aging caused by too long storage time, etc.
